Customer Experience & Product Management Leader

My work experience and education in methods of human interaction is unique in that it encompasses both physical, built environments, in addition to digital and virtual experiences. From 2005 to 2010, I worked as a production designer for commercial and industrial design firms, working on large-scale projects that included Las Vegas hotels, high-end restaurants, furniture, and luxury homes.

In 2010, the digital side of human interaction and customer experience became my focus, with an emphasis on food, lifestyle, and retail. I pursued a Masters Degree in Food Studies from New York University, and sought to partner my production skills with a strong passion for hospitality, restaurant operations, lifestyle, and business development. I am currently leading the digital customer experience efforts for OTG Management's portfolio of ninety-two iPad-powered restaurants and retail stores across eight airport terminals, working between chefs, operations, iOs developers, and corporate management to ensure our thousands of daily customers have an unforgettable digital experience.
